I am back from the roadtrip with my mom! 10 hours is a long drive to do in one day. I will be unpacking and organizing tomorrow, and cant wait to share details and photos! For now, I celebrated the last official day of vacation with a dinner of pierogies and onions. Such a good comfort food.
Life has been hectic lately, and my stress level is high. I spent this weekend trying to catch up on things and clean. I made it to the farmer’s market Saturday morning and picked up some zucchini, squash, green beans and tomatoes. Tonight I made that into pasta primavera.
Pretty easy, and sooooo good. I also picked up whoopie pies at the farmer’s market, which I plan to enjoy for dessert!
